Last night (now 5-6 days ago) we hit Winnipeg 2400 km from Toronto. This morning we woke in Saskatchewan near Saskatoon (named after the local berry) - grain country, gold as far as the eye could see. This morning's bit of trivia - they used to export buffalo bones to the USA from here to be used as fertiliser.
