| Like a rocket in many ways. |
After rocketing through Austria and Germany - we are in Paris, voila! Croissants, pate de Campagne, petit pain and of course vin rouge, cheese and .. ! And still more .... we’ve just started exploring the neighbourhood and it’s quite nice. We’re in the Bercy area a long way from our previous haunts, but we’re right next to a delightful park, Parc de Bercy. Ducks, baby water birds, turtles and other pretty things. Plus a delightful garden looking very much like a community garden with herbs and vines and flowers galore.
We are heading into the metropolis to get our bearings and discover Paris through different eyes - more anon
